 Leader valve co.,ltd is one of the specialized industrial valves manufacturers and exporters in China, which are founded in Jan. 1999, It’ s located in Wenzhou city China.near Shanghai city. Our valves are mainly served for Oil and gas industry, petro-chemical industry, chemical industry, power generation and other related
industries. Leader valve co., ltd own 4 big factories which have achieved ISO9001, PED/CE, API6D accreditation. Now our factories engaged total areas of 98080 m2, with 650 well trained workers and 150 skilled engineers. the production capacity reach 20000 tons.
Our design software include AUTO-CAD, 3D auxiliaries, also we adopt advnaced limited element analysis. We have advanced inspection tools to ensure material quality, which includeγ-ray test, x-ray test, Ultro-sonic test, Magnetic test, three-dimension test, PMI(Positive Material Identification); We have the advanced machining equipment to ensure machining quality, include all kinds of CNC and machining centers, with total equipment quantity up to 700 sets.
So far our product range include seven main series products: gate, globe, check, ball, plug, butterfly, strainer etc. Available standard include ASME, ANSI, API, BS, EN, DIN etc. Our valves can be Carbon steel, Stainless steel, Alloy steel, Duplex stainless steel etc. The maximum pressure rating should be 2500lbs(PN420), The maximum size can be 80’’ (DN2000), service temperature can be -196℃~600℃。
So far our valves have been exported to Europe, Middle-east, North America, South America, South-east Asia etc., Our quality are well accepted by our clients, especially establish the firm and long-term cooperation with valves manufacturers in Europe and America, and most of the cooperation on the basis of OEM;
In order to meet client requirement in quality and aftersales service, Our quality guarantee period will 18 months after shipping date or 12 months after start-up date, Once quality issue arise within the guarantee period, we would give solution to solve the quality issue if the quality issue is due to our fault after investigation.
